The Business@School National Final – An Unforgettable Finish
With the national final of Business@School, an intense and exciting year of competition has come to an end for us. Over the past months we had the chance to keep developing our business idea, to receive valuable feedback from entrepreneurs and experts, and to present our concept on a national stage.
Even though we were knocked out in the preliminary round of the national final, we look back on what we achieved with pride. Taking part in the national final was a distinction in itself for our team, and an important milestone.
We are particularly pleased about the four awards we received over the course of the competition:
- Young Founders Network Award
- UnternehmerTUM Makerspace Award
- BCG Platinion Special Prize
- BMW Team Award
These prizes confirm that our idea has potential, and they motivate us to keep going down the path we have chosen.
Business@School was far more than a competition for us. We gained valuable experience, developed our entrepreneurial thinking, made new contacts and considerably improved our presentation and pitching skills. Above all, we learned how important teamwork, perseverance and continuous feedback are to building a start-up.
While the national final marks the end of our competition year, our journey is only really beginning. We will keep developing our business idea, push our product forward, and use the experience we gained in the competition to take the next steps towards founding the company.
We would like to thank Business@School for this extraordinary year, and we look forward to staying connected with the community in the future as alumni and student coaches.
So for us, the national final is not the end, but the beginning of a new chapter.
